TIGER MANSION × G Media
The Plan
A proposal for Tiger Mansion · July 2026

Priced like a legend.
Marketed like a secret.

Tiger Mansion is the most storied private estate in Las Vegas — and almost nobody can find it. G Media turns the estate itself into media: a cinematic digital presence that fills the calendar with the bookings it already deserves.

Why now
The story is priceless. The visibility is near zero.

Corporate planners, producers and private clients research a venue before they ever inquire. Right now, what they find does not match what you charge.

$25K
Your day rate — the very top of the Las Vegas private-venue market. The asset earns it.
$2,500/hr, 10-hr min — your live listing
204
Instagram followers telling that $25K story. Phone-shot content for a cinematic estate.
@ your current account, July 2026
0
Presence on The Vendry, Cvent, or PartySlate — the three places corporate planners actually source $25K buyouts.
Directory audit, July 2026
#1
Your current booking channel is one person's word of mouth. It works — and it cannot scale, and it cannot survive a busy season.
Our conversations on-site
40%
of top-performing venue content is real events and social proof. Every event you host is a marketing asset nobody is capturing.

incremental booking pays for more than a year of everything in this proposal. The math is not close.

Where you stand
A top-of-market asset, marketed bottom-of-market.

What you have (unfair advantages)

  • A one-of-one story: Doumani dynasty → Tyson's tigers → the Terpin restoration
  • The Koi Lair, the rotunda, the murals — visuals no venue in Vegas can copy
  • Production-ready infrastructure: stage, AV, commercial kitchen, 750 capacity
  • A PR-native owner and a genuinely famous estate manager — born storytellers with real followings
  • "Three Eras" positioning already written — it just needs a camera

What's missing (all fixable)

  • Website doesn't sell the booking: no planner specs, no event galleries, no funnel
  • 204 followers, phone content, no cadence, no story series
  • Invisible on planner directories where $25K buyouts are sourced
  • No Google Business optimization for "Las Vegas mansion venue" searches
  • Events happen — and produce zero content, zero proof, zero next booking
The Engine
Four moves. One outcome: a full calendar.
01

The website — already built. Free.

We didn't want to describe what we'd do — so we built it. A cinematic, booking-focused site: the Three Eras story, planner spec sheets, event formats, and an inquiry funnel. It's live right now, built from your own story and photography. If you like it, it's yours.

Shoot the house — one signature estate day

Before anything goes live, we do one full round of professional listing-grade photography of the estate — the same real-estate shoot we run for luxury property. Every room, the grounds, the Koi Lair, the rotunda, golden hour on the palms. It gives the site, the socials and every planner deck a library of premium images to build on from day one, instead of phone photos.

The social engine — own the category

A 3-5x/week content system that makes Tiger Mansion the definitive private-estate account in Las Vegas: the Three Eras history series with archival cut-ins from the Tyson mythology, cinematic arrival reels, empty-to-event transformations, estate-manager tours, and event recaps. Infographics, carousels and video — the same engine we run for our retainer clients.

The booking pipeline — where planners actually look

Attention is not the goal; bookings are. We list and manage the estate on The Vendry, Cvent and PartySlate, optimize Google Business for venue searches, and run direct outreach to Vegas DMCs and corporate planners — fed by the aftermovie content the engine produces.

The Content
What the feed actually looks like.
Series · Reels

Three Eras

Doumani old-Vegas glamour, the Tyson myth (the tiger lair, the murals, the legend), the restoration. History content is evergreen and uniquely yours — no competitor can post it.

Hero · Reels

The Arrival

The gate, the palms, the Koi Lair, the rotunda doors opening — a ready-made cinematic sequence, shot with drone and gimbal, cut to trending audio.

Proof · Aftermovies

Event Recaps

30-60 second films of real nights at the estate. The single highest-converting content a venue can post — and you're the only $25K venue with none.

Format · Timelapse

Empty to Event

Setup-day transformations — the format with the highest reach across venue accounts. The estate's scale makes these spectacular.

Character · Tours

The Showman's Tour

Your estate manager isn't just a caretaker — he's a public personality with a following of his own. Room-by-room tours, the secrets and stories of the house, "what happened in this room" — a real face and voice for the brand that 204-follower venue accounts never have.

Planner · Carousels

Event Filming

Booked separately from the monthly. When you want a night at the estate captured, our crew shoots it end to end — full-day coverage runs $2,500–$3,000 depending on scope. You get a cinematic aftermovie, client-deliverable edits, and a licensed clip library the estate keeps. We pull social content from that footage too, but the shoot itself is its own line item.

The website is free either way. One incremental booking is $25,000 — more than eight months of The Presence, or a full quarter of everything we offer. This is the most asymmetric bet on your table.

We'll show you the first reel before you sign anything.

Give us one hour on the grounds with a camera. We'll cut the arrival sequence, show you exactly what the feed becomes, and you decide with the proof in hand.
